Shipment and Delivery
Gasoil fins are always sealed by the manufacturer. In this case you know that you are the first one using the fin.
Per order, each fin will be packed and shipped. Of course, a track and trace code will be shared.
Shipment costs are depending per county, the range is 10 - 20 euro.
From Stock, fins will be shipped in 1-2 days.
From Production, fins will be shipped in 4-5 weeks
Exchanges and Return
In case your fin does not meet your expectations, together we will find a solution. This means exchanging by another fin or returning your payment. Of course, the fin has to be in very good condition. Most important thing to know, we will always find The best Gasoil for your needs
Warranty and Reclamations
In case your fin will show unexpected errors, damage without an on purpuse cause, there is a 2 year warrantee for you fin. Start sending photos of your warranty request and when the claim is valid, you will receive a new fin.
